C.F. Møller, Chr. Møllers Snedkeri

Christian Frederik Møller (1898 - 1988), attributed, freestanding desk of solid and veneered rosewood, front with six drawers, back with compartment. Key not included. Shows normal signs of age and use, drawers run a little sluggishly. Architect, professor and royal building inspector, C.F. Møller, who founded the well-known design studio in 1924. C.F. Møller had a close collaboration with Chr. Møller for many years, C.f. Møller designed Aarhus University in the 1930s with furniture from Chr. Møllers Snedkeri, where they decorated the large university with furniture right up to the 1960s.
